Welcome to the Cloud 9 Beach House. Local owner, Tamara Farwig invites you to stay with her in this lovely new home just a short walk to the beach. Keawakapu, a beautiful long white sand beach is a few minutes walk away or if you prefer, lounge poolside in the backyard or read a book in the hammock chair under the front mango tree. Central A/C, large flat screen TV's in every room and all new remodeled modern kitchen are just a few of the many features of this home. The master bedroom has a king bed with 700 thread count sheets, stunning bathroom with skylight and its own small patio with a bistro table. The second bedroom is poolside with a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twins that can also be converted into king bed if desired. The home is a perfect size for intimate vacation time with family. This is a permitted short term rental home - Permit #STKM 2016/0009.
IMPORTANT PROPERTY DISCLOSURES
All children must be able to swim or wear the provided safety gear at all times near the pool. Children must always have adult supervision by the pool.
Maximum occupancy is six guests including children 3 years of age and over (Children under the age of 3 are welcome and not included in the maximum occupancy guest count).
QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM-8AM: Quiet Hours are a County requirement for licensed vacation rental homes like this one. The CLOUD NINE BEACH HOUSE is located in a residential neighborhood and guests must be aware and respectful of neighboring properties. Noise carries at night and although our guests are on vacation, our neighbors are not. Thank you for your awareness. Please be sure that ALL the members of your group know about the quiet hours and will be able to comply BEFORE booking this property. I want you to have a fantastic and relaxing time on Maui - I promise not to impose many rules, but respectfully ask that guests abide by the quiet hours.

"My family and I had an amazing stay the at the Cloud 9 Beach House, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. The property was very clean and very well maintained, with high end appliances and all the comforts you could possibly need while on vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was a large variety of beach toys for the kids and beach chairs and umbrellas for the adults. Close 10 minute (max) walk to a great beach, and only a short 3-4 minute drive from restaurants and shopping. Most importantly though is that the hosts Steve and Tamara were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Some of the best hosts I've dealt with and we travel a lot and stay at exclusively vacation homes. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Our family stayed at the Cloud Nine Beach House in February 2017. The house and property were outstanding! The decor is very calm and Beach-like and it is evident that attention was paid to detail; a welcome basket of snacks greeted us. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding, pillows and towels were great! My husband has allergies, so we were very glad that the entire house has beautiful bamboo flooring. The master bedroom ensuite is modern and has an amazing shower. The yard is nicely landscaped and allows for seating/lounging options in both sun and shade."
